Adidas Predator Powerswerve Fantasy Grey SG
New without box - elastic is stretched on right boot. Some peeling on the stripes of outside right boot, see pics.
The Upper:
- This specific colorway used a fully synthetic upper, just like the DB models did on the Powerswerve. Instead of the leather upper
- This was part of the "fantasy" pack from the Powerswerve, a limited run in two colorways with a synthetic upper and a unique design throughout the upper
- Incredibly rare to find this colorway
The Sole Plate:
- Continuing with the two piece sole plate, Adidas didn't change much from the Pulse and Absolute model
- A see through spot for the PowerPulse was added where you could physically see the sand move with the boots
Notes and Opinions:
- The Powerswerve quickly became one of the most iconic Preds with the introduction of their newest PowerPulse technology
- This colorway is incredibly rare to find, only produced for a short period of time with a unique upper
- It seemed everyone had to have a pair back in the day, and even the pros couldn't resist
- Tons of legends including Becks, Ballack, Gerrard, Van der Saar and many more had them as well
