The Upper:

• The Ace 17.1 featured two vastly different uppers, the synthetic used a high top sock collar design, but this leather variation was very different
• The upper uses a leather material throughout the front, and a knitted material towards the back of the boots
• A lower dynamic sock collar was used on the leather version

The Sole Plate:

• The sole plate used the sprintframe design, the same material used on the Adizero
• A circular stud pattern with three spine like featured near the midfoot were used
• This SG Pro variation uses 6 screw in aluminum studs and moulded studs

Notes and Comments:

• Overall the leather upper is quite nice, very flexible and provides a much nicer aesthetic look compared to the synthetic version
• The Ace had a nice texture to the upper for added power and grip, similar to some characteristics the Predator would have
• The sole plate was very lightweight and flexible, a timeless SprintFrame design, similar to what was used on the Adizero
