Adidas F50 Adizero Leather Mismatched FG
New without tags - The right boot only has been blacked out. The left boot is not.
The Upper:
- The 3rd generation of the best ever Adidas speed boot line, the F50 Adizero Leather edition used a Goleo Calfskin leather throughout the entire upper
- Back when boots were made with a full leather upper, not partial leather partial synthetic
- The Goleo leather had a super soft and flexible K leather feel, but was much lighter than K leather
- The leather Adizero had all of the qualities of a top notch leather boot, but was also the lightest leather boot ever made
- The toe box also featured a unique stitching pattern, made to the exact specifications of Lionel Messi, who preferred the leather variant in this model as well
The Sole Plate:
- Adidas used their iconic Sprint Frame sole plate, a one piece plastic design that was the lightest on the market and one of the lightest ever
- Triangular studs were used, consistent with the first few Adizero lines
- The sole plate was reinforced with three spine like eletst through the midfoot
Notes and Comments:
- One of the greatest leather boots ever, a true speed boot with a super soft and flexible leather upper. It doesn't get much better than that
- Even Messi preferred this leather variant with that new and improved stitching pattern near the toe box
- The Adizero was a massive favorite and has seen many remakes in the past few years, but nothing beats the feel of these original classics
