- A very rare Sample prototype Mania in the champagne colorway
- These were most likely a prototype made for a player with some custom modifications to the upper
- The overall color to the upper has a much more gold tint to it
- The rubber vamps were used in the same champagne color on the upper, instead of the black fins on retail models
- On the toe box and up to the outside of the boot where the laces begin, an extra line of stitching was used, a feature not used on any retail Mania models
- Sample tags, made in Indonesia, PRB 698, 8us
- Left shoe only, single shoe.
