Nike Air Zoom Total 90 Original Alpha Project FG
New with box - some peeling along the sock liner
The Upper:
- The very first original Air Zoom Total 90 to make the silo debut
- Part of the famous Nike "Alpha Project", the upper used the revolutionary KNG-100 upper, the same material used as the Mercurial 1 and 2 models
- A one of a kind stitching pattern was used throughout the upper, with some very similar characteristics to the Mercurial from the time, but also quite different
- A large foldover flappy tongue was used
The Sole Plate:
- Nike used the iconic Intertract soleplate that is often regarded as one of the best sole plates ever used, commonly seen on pro boots even today
- Nike's Zoom Air technology made these one of the most comfy models for the time
Notes and Comments:
- Everyone remembers the classic Air Zoom Total 90
- As famously worn by Roberto Carlos, Ronaldinho for a period of time, Figo, Rooney, and many more
- An exceptionally rare piece part of one of Nike's most innovative boot projects ever, revolutionizing football boots as we know it with some of the most cutting edge materials and designs ever
- The 5 dots on the tongue (see last pic) symbolize the logo for the Alpha project
- An amazing opportunity to own a pair of boots you might never see again complete with the original box and tags
