Adidas Equipment Soccer Hard Ground HG

The Upper:
- A full K leather upper was used on this 1990s original Adidas Equipment Hard Ground
- This is one of the very first releases of soccer related footwear for the Adidas Equipment line that was started in the early 90s
- The upper used a full leather throughout, the boots had a stitching pattern around the toe area, and a large leather tongue
- The stripes also featured rubbed stripes that wrapped around underneath the boots, nearly identical to the rubber stripes used on the Predator Mania
The Sole Plate:
- This is the Hard Ground, or Firm Ground version that used a thick plastic sole plate and rubber moulded circular studs for traction on grass and outdoor pitches
Notes and Comments:
- A super interesting design by Adidas as they rolled out their Equipment line in the early 90s, this was one of the very first soccer related items
- The box label reads "EQT Soccer Hard Ground" product code 015192
- Recommended for collecting or very light wear, not recommended for performance related activities
