We hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns for store credit only.  

Exchanges can be arranged.  

RETURN REQUIREMENTS:

• Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your products.  
• The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping back to the origin. To initiate a return, send us an email to info@classicsoccercleats.com with your order number, and we will provide the return shipping info
• Returns are only accepted if the item is in the same original condition with all accessories.
• Any products marked ‘The Collection' cannot be returned - excluded products will have a disclaimer on the last line of the product lisitng info.
• Returns will be issued for the product price, not the shipping cost. If free shipping is selected, the shipping cost paid by us will be deducted from the item amount.  
• Items must be unused, returns are not offered for any used or worn items.  
• Returns may take up to 5 business days of receiving the item back to process
• Due to the age and exclusivity of our stock, we cannot make any guarantees on the lifetime or durability of any items. We do not make any product lifetime warranties.  

• We have provided as much accurate information as possible to accurately show and describe all products. We do not guarantee products will meet your expectations.

• By submitting an order you agree to these terms and conditions on all products.

Please note if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return. If your return does not adhere to the requirements it may be sent back at additional cost to the customer.

Order mistakes or errors:

The Classic Soccer Cleats team does a thorough inspection of all goods before they are shipped to our customers. If by odd chance the wrong item is sent, please contact us at info@classicsoccercleats.com as soon as possible.
