Nike Mercurial Vapor VII Granite Pink FG

The Upper:
- Nike continued with the Teijin synthetic upper, a super lightweight material that was used on many of the Mercurial vapors
- The Vapor VII was the first Vapor since the Vapor III to feature an open lace system, and not the lace cover that was used on the past few models
- A newly designed print was placed on the instep of the MV7
The Sole Plate:
- Very similar to the previous Vapor IV model, the Vapor VII continued with a one piece glass fiber sole plate
- The Superfly model used the carbon fiber material, but this glass fiber was extremely lightweight and much more flexible than that stiff carbon fiber
Notes and Comments:
- The Vapor VII was one of the simpler colorways, but had such an effective design
- The Superfly III model had a much stiffer upper throughout with the Flywire, but this Vapor VII model offered tons of flexibility throughout the upper and sole plate, a near perfect Mercurial design
