The Upper:
- The Legend 7 academy was based off the Legend VII elite model using a synthetic upper throughout on the Academy model
- The upper was still very flexible and used the same ribbed like pattern throughout, creating a nice textured and control strike zone
The Sole Plate:
- This is the turf version that uses a reinforced toe area as well as dozens of small, circular grooves for maximum traction on turf and artificial pitches
Notes and Comments:
- For a turf model, the boots are very high quality, using the same grooves and ribbed element throughout the upper, just like on the top end model
- To the touch, the upper has a nice spongey feel to it and its rather flexible
