The Upper:
- The Tiempo Legend 7 Elite used a premium super soft K leather upper with a blended Flyknit material towards the back
- The leather gave the same touch and feel as a classic legend, whie the Flyknit added extra reinforcement and kept the boots lightweight
- The upper features a series of grooves threoughout the toe area and strike zone, adding a better area for touch and control
The Sole Plate:
- The sole plate was updated slightly, with Nike using their "Hyperstability" support
- A one piece super lightweight and very flexible plastic material, fitted with circular studs near the top and a series of triangular/rectangular studs in the back for added support
Notes and Comments:
- Overall the Legend VII Elite was one of the lightest tiempos ever made with the Flyknit but it did not sacrifice the feel and comfort of a traditional leather Tiempo
- The inside of the boots used a super soft material with added support in the heel cup and a knitted dynamic tongue for a super locked in fit
