The Upper:
- A newly designed lightweight upper material called the "Vaporposite" was used
- The upper has sort of a futuristic type look with the Vaporposite material in a grad layout, making hundreds of small rectangles
- Under the Vaporposite is a lightweight mesh material around the sock liner, similar to the past few Mercurial models
The Sole Plate:
- A newly designed "Dragonfly" sole plate was created
- A super sleep spine connects the back to the front, keeping the boots super lightweight with added reinforcement near the midfoot area
Notes and Comments:
- The Vapor 14 has a lot going on, what all of it does? Really haven't a clue
- There are circular holes throughout the upper, an upper that looks like a mesh design but is super lightweight, and this super sleek sole plate
- Overall a stunning colorway and definitely one of the more unique Mercurial designs over the years
