The Upper:
- A newly designed synthetic upper that used the "ControlSkin" rubber elements
- The rubber pads throughout the upper provided a large strike zone, very similar in design to the classic Predator Karnivor from 2000
- The upper also used a primeknit heel collar for a more comfortable and dynamic fit
The Sole Plate:
- The sole plate used the "facet frame" technology, a two piece lightweight plastic design with triangular studs
- This is the AG plate, using a very similar sole plate to the FG, but with a couple extra studs added in the midfoot area for extra traction on turf surfaces
Notes and Comments:
- This Predator Edge took inspiration from the Lethal Zone model, both in colorway and with the use of the rubber elements throughout the upper, creating a very large strike zone
- The Primeknit towards the back and along the sock liner help with a more secure and locked in fit
