The Upper:
- The upper on the Ultranova used a premium calf leather throughout, and a suede material over the calf leather near the toe area
- The sueded not only made the boots super smooth, but they also reinforced the near the toe area
- The Ultranova also used a large flappy fold over tongue, consistent with many Adidas models from the later 90s
The Sole Plate:
- The sole plate used a one piece rubber non marking material with dozens of little suction cup like perforations for maximum indoor traction
Notes and Comments:
- The Ultranova was produced in the late 90s along side the Predator Accelerator line, and was a very popular indoor model
- The upper was made with such premium materials, unlike anything made today
- The leather was top notch, but the suede is what everyone remembers, super soft and making them extra comfy
