The Upper:
- The Mizuno Monarcida model is a speed boot by MIzuno that uses a synthetic material with a leather like feel
- The stitching pattern throughout the upper created a nice strike zone
- Retailing at around $100, the Monarcida Select boot is similar to a Copa Gloro or Tiempo Premier, using a rather nice material throughout the upper and a nice stitching pattern for an effective design
The Sole Plate:
- The sole plate uses a one piece plastic design that featured an "X" like reinforcement near the mid foot providing stability
- Circular studs were used for traction on all surfaces including grass, turf, dirt, etc.
Notes and Comments:
- The Monarcida model isn't as well known as the Morelia, but it is a great option for a lightweight and comfortable boot
- The upper has the ability to stretch slightly, so they can accommodate all foot shapes and sizes and provide maximum comfort
- Made in Vietnam
