The Upper:
- The Phantom GX was known for their super soft and flexible uppers, and the Pro model is very similar to the elite model, using a partial Nike Skin upper along the forefoot
- The upper used a breathable, knitted DF sock collar for added support and stability, also featuring the "ghost lacing"system by Nike, designed to cover the laces and to create the largest strike zone possible
- The Pro model is of extremely high quality, with a nearly identical upper to the elite model, the main difference is a slightly thicker material around the heel and sides of the boot
The Sole Plate:
- An identical stud configuration to the Elite model was used, featuring a combination of circular and chevron studs for maximum traction on all surfaces
- The GX model was relatively lightweight and the one piece sole plate was designed for maximum speed as well as traction
Notes and Comments:
- Overall, one of the best modern boots Nike has released in the past few years, and the Pro model is very similar to the Elite model
- The Nike skin is super lightweight and very flexible, making the boots not only comfortable but adaptable to all foot sizes as well
