The Upper:

The Legend 10 Elite was the first tiempo to not use a leather upper, instead Nike designed a new synthetic material called the FlyTouch plus
The new upper was very lightweight and featured a leather like material while using a synthetic material
There was a series of wavey grooves thorughout the upper providing a textured upper and creating enhanced touch throughout the boots
The sock liner featured a Flykint material to provide a secured and locked in fit

The Sole Plate:

The sole plate used a one piece super lightweight desing, using a series of diagonal studs on the back, and circular studs near the midfoot for added traction on all surfaces

Notes and Comments:

The Legend 10 Elite offered a newer, modern approach to the longstanding Tiempo Legend line
The boots featured great concepts from Nike including the ACC, the flyknit sock material, and a textured pattern throughout the upper
