The Upper:
- The Legend 7 academy was based off the Legend VII elite model using a synthetic upper throughout on the Academy model
- The upper was still very flexible and used the same ribbed like pattern throughout, creating a nice textured and control strike zone
The Sole Plate:
- The Academy FG version used a sole plate with a similar cosmetic approach to the top model, using a one piece plastic material that was durable and flexible, providing optimal support
- A combination of circular and chevron studs were used for maximum traction on turf, grass, and outdoor pitches
Notes and Comments:
- The Academy version featured a similar cosmetic approach to the top model legend, even using a nice grooved "rib" like pattern along the sides of the boots for added touch and support
